Newly built 3-star two-room apartments and villas, air-conditioned and furnished in Tuscan rustic style, are equipped with color TV and direct telephone with the possibility of internet connection. They can accommodate up to 6 beds and consist of a large living room with built-in kitchenette and double sofa bed, hallway, double bedroom and bathroom.

Both the apartments and the villas all have an independent entrance, some are located on the ground floor and have a private porch overlooking the pool, while others on the upper floor have a terrace (two apartments have a private terrace while 4 have a connecting terrace ).
