Here you will find hand-made first courses (Pici, Tagliolini, Pappardelle, Tagliatelle, Gnocchi, Gnudi, Fiocchi di Neve, Chitarrine and Lasagne) with which our grandmothers celebrated Sundays with the family accompanied by sauces cooked slowly, with patience and dedication (up to 5 hours of slow and patient cooking).
All the meat, with the exception of the wild boar (which is hunted in the Capalbiese area), comes from the Val di Chiana from organic farms. The vegetables instead come from our territory, rich in organic farms. Finally the fish, which arrives from Orbetello and Porto Santo Stefano, where dozens of trawlers land loaded with the delights of our sea.
To accompany so much genuine goodness, the wines of the Maremma cellars which with their fragrances will be able to enhance every dish.
Finally, as a dessert, the home-made desserts with care by Cristiana, our pastry chef/housewife who will know how to whet your palate by ending the dinner in style (among these, delicious cantucci with vin santo, millefeuille with fresh fruit and particcera cream, Torta della nonna and trunks filled with orange or lemon flavored creams, organic ricotta and chocolate.
