Our Staff prefers human contact and is available every day to satisfy all your requests and expectations. The rooms, two-room apartments and villas, furnished in the simplicity of Tuscan Arte Povera, are equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, wi-fi, color TV, minibar and private bathroom). At guests’ disposal free of charge, swimming pool, 7-seater jacuzzi, barbecue in the garden, private video-monitored parking, wi-fi and large equipped green spaces.
The strong point of our Hotel is the breakfast service served at the buffet in the garden of our braceria, where you will find a wide assortment of sweet and savory specialties all rigorously homemade by Cristiana, our pastry chef/housewife.

Finally, the pride of the structure is undoubtedly our Braceria Toscana, where you can taste the best of the Maremma food and wine tradition with the ancient recipes of the peasant tradition of our land, brought back to life by Nonna Laura, our housewife cook from 73 years old, which with its fresh hand-rolled pasta and recipes handed down from generation to generation, brings to light the true typical dishes of the Tuscan and Maremma tradition.

Briganti di Capalbio are the ideal starting point for some of the most beautiful excursions in Maremma, among which the WWF Oasis of Orbetello and Burano, the archaeological areas of Vulci and Cosa, the beautiful historic centers of Capalbio, Pitigliano, Sorano and Sovana, the Uccellina National Park, Monte Argentario with its inlets and Spanish fortifications, the Tarot Garden of Niki de Saint Phalle and the Islands of Giglio and Giannutri. Of course, guided tours with or without transfers can be booked.
